Martina is a Senior Consultant, internationally certified NLP Master, systemic coach and a trainer. In order to deliver lasting change for the clients she combines her wide experience with people development and consulting and the latest and most innovative methods of neurological science.

Martina has 12 years of experience in HR and Management consultancy. She worked as HR Director, HR Manager, Training & Development Manager, HR consultant and a Project Manager.
She also focused on implementation of HR processes and methods as well as consulting with using NLP techniques.
Martina has a wide experience with managing of human resources in IT and SW sector, marketing and sales.
Martina uses NLP in programmes such as Stress Management, Neuro life coaching, hypnosis in business, Career consultancy.
She works with groups and individuals on getting rid off fobias, fears, bad habits and limiting beliefs and setting the mind for success.
