Jana has been working in the HR and Management Consultancy for 15 years.
She studied HR Management and Adult Development.
Jana has a wide experience, which she gain while working in HR Director, HR Manager, Recruitment Consultant positions.
She was in charge of strategic HR management, HR processes and methodology implementation. She has been providing mentoring of managers and HR specialists.
She has wide experience in HR management in areas such as Real Estate, Sales, Media and Research Agency.
Jana’s main focus is on practical HR and its processes, internal communication and employees surveys.
She helps her clients with Employment Code, internal documentation and contracts, candidate diagnostics, Talent Management and Apprentice programs.
Jana has led many workshops focused on managing the HR methodology and processes.
